Twenty20 cricket is all about the big hits, and last night’s clash between the Mumbai Indians and the South Australia Redbacks in the Champions League Twenty20 certainly delivered. For the Redbacks, captain Michael Klinger smashed three maximums over the boundary (he’s currently leading the six stats in the tournament with eight), the Indians Saurabh Tiwary posted four sixes, but the destroyer-in-chief was West Indies batter Kieron Pollard.

Pollard’s 36 runs off 21 balls included three sixes, but the highlight without a doubt was his monstrous smash off Australian speedster Shaun Tait. The six measured a huge 120m.
