Director Sakthi Chidambaram was said to have financed the co producer Romesh Babu for a sum of Rs10 crore on the basis of certain rights issue. As the movie underwent nightmare incidents before the release,Romesh Babu, said Sakthi assured him of the money once the film saw its release. Sakthi now claims that Romesh Babu is dodging without returning the money as assured.

In the meantime, Romesh Babu had secured the TV rights from Sun TV and was expecting the settlement of money. But it is learnt that Sakthi has made some hiccups to the deal by blocking the money transfer. Hence Romesh Babu preferred a police complaint accusing Sakthi for which the latter now made counter complaint for cheating. Will the police rescue both amicably?
