The winner of the 2010 NFTE Elevator Pitch Contest can add another accolade to his resume — adviser to the President.
President Obama invited the five winners of NFTE's National Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge (including Steven Gordon, the winner of the Elevator Pitch component) to the Oval Office to congratulate them and to "pick their innovative brains":

The 2010 National Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge, sponsored by OppenheimerFunds, took place on October 5 in New York City.
This is the first year that the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship used online voting to determine one of the winners. Blue State Digital managed the online campaign, which was sponsored by E*Trade Bank.
